InfoLink prepares for legal action against Australian Online News for copyright fraud. Quite clearly Jarrod Sierocki would never be capable of designing anything original so he is claiming his Australian Online News designed the website.
When a website design studio designs an original looking website they have rights and ownership over copyright design. There is nothing more annoying or disappointing when you are made aware that your designs are being claimed by a web design company that has no idea of design creation or originality.
The website in question is www.upstyleinc.com a website InfoLink built for Vedrana Sierocki. If you visit the Upstyleinc website you can see that Verdrana Sierocki?s husband Jarrod Sierocki is claiming that his business made the website and performs all the SEO on the website.

If you then go and visit the Australian Online News and Media website you will see that the design of this site is also a template rip off of the Upstyle Inc website. If Mr. Sierocki or his designers are not capable of designing an original website then employ designers that can. All the same you cant claim a website design as a product of your business if you did not design or build the website.
We can prove original creativity on the Upstyle Inc website so we have written to Mr. Sierocki asking him to remove the misleading fraudulent statement that his business has made the Upstyle Inc website. This is just another testimonial to the character of Mr. Siercoki and the way he conducts his business dealings.
